Large Order/Catering FAQs

Interested in having our food at your next corporate lunch, family gathering, holiday celebration, or special event? Whether you’re feeding 10 or 100, we’d love to help. Read on for everything you need to know about placing a large party or catering order with us.

MENU OPTIONS

Just about everything we make in our deli can be prepared in larger quantities—but over time, we’ve found that some items work especially well for groups and are more budget-friendly when scaled up. Take a look at our Catering Menu for our most popular crowd-pleasers, with suggested portion sizes and pricing by the pound.

PRICING

All of our items are priced by weight, so final totals depend on how much you need. Our catering menu includes portion recommendations to help you estimate—
for example: Lasagna is $15/lb, we suggest ~¾ lb per person.

DELIVERY & PICK-UP

We offer both free in-store pick-up and local delivery from Oak Hill to NSB.
Delivery fees range from $5 to $15, based on distance.

Unless otherwise requested, all food is delivered cold—perfect for refrigeration until party time. We include easy heating instructions with every order.

Want it hot and ready to serve? With some restrictions, we can do hot deliveries upon request. We also offer an optional sterno service (includes racks, trays, sterno fuel, drop-off and next-day pick-up) for an additional fee.

PAPER GOODS

Paper goods (plates, utensils, napkins, etc.) are not automatically included, but we’re happy to provide them upon request for an additional fee. Just let us know what you need.

PAYMENT

A $100 refundable deposit is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up or delivery. Payments can be made in store or via an emailed invoice link.
